Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellations:
For your own protection, all order cancellations must be done by phone; between Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST. Please call 1.502.671.5510 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
Special order cancellations will be charged a full 20% restocking fee.

Why does OneStopKnifeShop only accept phone cancellations? Despite every effort to best serve our customers, we sometimes cannot keep a constant eye on e-mail, forums, or any of the other ways we can be contacted. Sometimes things get lost, sidetracked, or never even make it to us, with the result of our finding out about the order being canceled after the item has been shipped.

By allowing only cancellations only by phone, we can immediately look up your customer information and confirm with you what you've ordered, which exact order you want to cancel, and pull the order from the system at that time - preventing mistakes from happening later.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped. Packages that are refused by the customer will be issued a partial refund, minus return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


Returns and Exchanges:
OneStopKnifeShop.com offers the lowest possible price to bring you quality products. Because we operate on a very slim profit margin, we must insist certain conditions be met for any returns.

Our return policy is as follows:

Time since receipt of order 
7 days or less: Full Refund*
8-14 days: Store Credit
towards future purchase*
14+ days: No returns or credit

When you are ready to make your return, please call 502.671.5510 and obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Place this RMA# on the outside of the box, clearly marked. Items sent back without an RMA# will be refused.

  • We do require that you return the item to us in
    • BRAND NEW
    • UNUSED
    • UNCARRIED,
    • UNDAMAGED
    • RE-SELLABLE CONDITION
  • Returned items must be present with all materials, instructions, paperwork & packaging.
  • The customer must return the original receipt that accompanied the order.
  • You will not be refunded your shipping costs.
  • All returns will have a 10% processing fee (minimum).
  • Sleeping bags and undergarments that have been worn or used.
  • Clothing, equipment, or footwear that is soiled or used.
  • Food and water items.
  • Hazardous material items or items containing flammable liquids.

Please note - return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, period.

  • We recommend shipping through UPS or Fedex with appropriate insurance to cover replacement cost of the item.
  • All returns must be shipped with ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
  • Should you choose to use the U.S. Postal Service to return your package, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure the product arrives safely - we will not be held responsible for returns shipped through the US Postal Service that are not received due to theft, mis-delivery, pilferage or any other reason.
  • If the item is lost, damaged, or stolen before it reaches our physical store, we cannot process the return / exchange, nor will we issue a refund.

Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% re-sellable condition. Though we will credit your return immediately upon processing your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be posted to your banking system.


Damaged / Defective / Warranty Repair Merchandise:
Because of the large volume of knives shipped each day, it is impossible for OneStopKnifeShop.com to check each and every individual knife prior to shipping. As such, every item is assumed to have left the factory in new, undamaged condition. Items that are damaged, defective, or need warranty repair are the responsibility of the manufacturer in question, except for those items for which no warranty is offered. Please consult the warranty information for each knife, then contact the manufacturer regarding warranty repair or damaged / defective merchandise.


Incorrect Orders / Shipments:
If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we will be more than happy to refund your return ground shipping. When it arrives back to us we will issue a full refund for said product and shipping. Simply call 1.502.671.5510 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that if the item does not make it back here, we will not issue a refund or credit.

  • If you return an item for any other reason, or cancel your order after it has already shipped, all return shipping fees, insurance, restocking fees, and related costs will be your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for making sure that the package arrives back to our store safely, in the same condition it was sent out.
  • If you do not insure the package or do not require signature confirmation, and it does not arrive, we will not issue any refund.
